About Me

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Washington and Oregon. I hold a Master of Arts degree in Psychology with an Emphasis in Marriage, Couples and Family Therapy from Antioch University Seattle.

I work with adults and teens facing challenges including chronic illnesses, depression, anxiety, stress management, life transitions, relationship issues, grief and loss. My approach is both client-centered and solution-focused, and I incorporate many other treatment modalities based on my clients’ needs. I am available by video for all Washington state and Oregon state residents.
